Anonymous feedback, done properly. People register as applicants, an admin verifies them, and they appear on a public feed. Anyone can then send them honest feedback without revealing who they are, with device fingerprints and OTPs guarding every submission.
Free booking management for small service businesses. Owners add their services, staff and weekly availability, then go live after an admin review. Customers pick an open slot and get an email confirmation, and overlapping bookings are blocked on the server.
One workspace for a small team: task boards, chat, a shared gallery and whiteboards. Sign in with Google, invite people as Owner, Admin or Member, and move work from To Do to Done. Whiteboard drafts autosave until you publish them.
A local directory for home services in Biratnagar. It helps people find electricians, plumbers, AC repair technicians and other providers nearby, by searching for a name or filtering by the kind of service they need.
A map of verified local services for visitors to Nepal: drone operators, photographers, tour guides, helicopter charters and healthcare. Providers sign up and get verified, and visitors can see who is nearby and book them. Built in 24 hours at Daydream Biratnagar 2025.

I'm Bivaas Baral, a passionate full-stack developer from Biratnagar, Nepal, with a love for creating beautiful, functional, and user-centric digital experiences. My journey in tech started with curiosity and has evolved into a career built on innovation and continuous learning.
I specialize in modern web technologies, mostly React, Next.js, Node.js and MongoDB and have a keen eye for design. When building scalable backend systems or crafting intuitive frontend interfaces, I bring creativity and technical expertise to every project. Security has a way of finding its way into my work.
I build the whole thing, from the screens people use to the database behind them, and I get it deployed. Usually with Next.js and React, and Node.js with MongoDB.
I’m an APIsec Certified Practitioner, and security ends up in most of what I build.
I care about how an app looks and feels to use, right down to the small details.

The thing I love most, and I never get tired of it. As a kid I broke every drone I had, never on purpose, and fixed each one myself with a soldering iron and glue.
Real aircraft, private and commercial. I have spent hundreds of hours on how planes are flown: operating procedures, accident documentaries, and the long, uneventful flight videos most people skip.
One of my projects, Weatherly, decodes the METAR weather reports pilots use ↗Photography and film in general inspire me, and documentary-style work most of all.
